What materials can I send someone who wants to join the Church?

My daughter recently married and her husband is in Kuwait/Iraq. He wants to join the church upon his return and has asked for some materials to help him learn while he is away. What can I send him that will do a good job of explaining our faith and the process of joining the church?

Please help. I want to help him and I’m not sure what to do.
