What order are deuterocanonicals placed in Orthodox Bibles?

In Catholic Bibles, the Deuterocanonicals are placed in the Old Testament according to the type of book. For instance Tobit and Judith are after Nehemiah (historical books), although 1 & 2 Maccabees might be after Esther or might be after Malachi, depending on the Bible translation.

In Protestant Bibles that include them, the Deuterocanonicals are placed in the Apocrypha section, between the Old and New Testaments.

Where do the Deuterocanonicals go in an Orthodox Bible, and in what order are they placed? Where are 4 Maccabees and the Prayer of Manasseh placed, since not all Orthodox Christians recognize these?

I’ve got a PDF of the Russian Synodal Bible up in another tab. After 2 Paralipomenon, there’s 1 Esdras, Nehemiah, then 2 Esdras, then Tobit & Judith. Wisdom and Sirach follow Song. The Letter of Jeremiah follows Lamentations, then comes Baruch. After Malachi come 1-3 Maccabees and 3 Esdras. 2 Esdras, Tobit, Judith, Wisdom, Sirach, Letter, Baruch, 1-3 Maccabees and 3 Esdras all have asterisks beside them. Psalms go up to 151. I don’t see Manasses anywhere.
