What Order are these Monks?

Hi,
I came across this photo and I really want to know what religious order these monks belong to; google.com/hostednews/getty/article/ALeqM5hMgVJ9ZVW9MNExkgnHd_jUiLYgrg?docId=163567580

I thought Franciscans (Capuchins) but although their habits are brown, they don’t, to my eyes, look like regular Capuchins.

Any ideas?

I believe they are Toca de Assis. There are a number of pictures from around the same time that identify them as “Lair of Assisi” in English. They are probably not monks. Monks are cloistered and rarely if ever leave the monastery.

Toca de Assis say nothing about being cloistered.
