What prayers do you pray while you post on CAF?

I’m curious, what do you pray while on CAF? The Rosary? Our Fathers? Aspirations?

I need some ideas for prayer 😉
 
‘Hail Mary’, ‘Our Father’, St. Michael prayer, my own words, etc. Whatever comes to me and seems applicable.🤷

I don’t pray any special prayers except perhaps a silent prayer to Our Lady, to guide my thoughts. I know She has done this on many occasions here, in my answers on this forum, for what I have written, in many instances, I was not capable of saying on my own or in my own words.
