What should I do about priests knowingly giving Communion to Non-Catholics?

I know of two popular retreat centres in our Arch-Diocese as well as a number of order priests and some parish priests who regularly and knowingly give Holy Communion to non-Catholics – usually Anglicans but other Protestant faiths as well. I have no problem with Orthodox receiving so long as they meet the norms; however, when all these non-Catholics stream up and receive Our Lord, I find myself deeply saddened. I do not know what to do about it. The order priests are mainly Jesuits and some O.M.I. How much control does an archbishop have over order priests anyway? This matter troubles and saddens me and it something I pray about. Should I be doing anything else?
