Ok fine but I just want to know why protestants feel the need to degrade and insult the holy mother church and making our practices look as if it is sinful

It sounds like a disregard for tradition and adherence to Sola Scripture.

My response would be to stop reading YouTube comments. They are toxic. Isn’t it enough just to watch the video?

Ah, I remember back when I was a YouTuber who would comment on posts such as these.
Oftentimes I would take responses to these one step at a time, responding first to one sentence or group of sentences, then the next.

If you must reply, what a lot of this boils down is explaining why these don’t contradict Scripture, and explaining that just because something isn’t mentioned in Scripture doesn’t mean it’s bad, so basically disproving Sola Scriptura. I find that this kind of thing makes for good apologetics practice, but that may just have been me, and if it makes you start to have doubts, it’s probably not healthy for your relationship with God, and it would be wise to avoid reading comments, particularly from comments purposed to be hostile, as this person wrote, and rabidly anti-Catholic.

I do understand though, that reading comments can become a habit, and it seems that you are a lot like me in the sense that you have a solid desire to defend the Faith. I find that highly commendable.

I believe that one of Satan’s tactics is to make us believe that every detraction and falsehood requires a defense from us. And this is a bottomless pit of frustration because the list of offenses is never ending. This is a personal battle for me, and trying to respond to every stray comment disturbs my peace, and by extension the peace of those I live with. You can’t make every wrong right, and God doesn’t expect you to.
Our call is to take care of the tasks and people that are in front of us. It’s an everyday struggle, and as others have said, stay away from anonymous debates on the internet.

My only recommendation here, and what I feel is most important for you to do in this situation is to charge your phone. It’s at 49%
Dominus vobiscum
P.S. A person can spend a lifetime refuting charges against their beliefs. It usually takes longer to defend, than make an accusation in the first place. Also, for some, no evidence will ever be enough to have them look at things differently. These people I place into the, “I will not be changed” category.
