What should one say to naysayers who claim that

I haven’t done too much reading on it, but first you should ask them why they think that. Can they offer any proof they were faked? Then you can come back with your points. Try not to get angry or aggressive b/c then you’ve already lost
 
I tell the person that I really value their opinion, and I ask them to watch the entire videos, decide for themselves, and then let me know whether they think that the videos were faked. Otherwise, they’re not really sharing their own opinion, they’re just being someone else’s mouthpiece. Hopefully, they’ll actually watch a video for themselves.

I’ve never heard anyone claim they were faked.

Usually they just claim they were edited as sufficient justification to ignore the content. I suspect a naysayer that deep in denial is beyond communication.
