What specific scripture verses should be used to defend the truth of the Papacy? How do I counter the baptist claim that the rock was Peters faith not Peter? When having this discussion with a friend I felt like an unarmed man in a knife fight. He has so many defenses that are scripture verses taken out of context Help please I know my friend loves Jesus. He just does not have the fullness of the truth to fall back on.
