I don’t mean to sound crude or anything, but I generally use the bathroom and go back to sleep.
 
If you can not sleep. Do not use electronic devices, after 6pm, the blue light on them interferes with the body’s arcadian rhythm and decreases melatonin (the sleep hormone)
