Whats the difference between a Confraternity and an Archconfraternity?

I’ve heard both the terms ‘Confraternity’ e.g Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary and Archconfraternity e.g Archconfraternity of Our Lady of Victories, and I was just wondering what the difference, if any, is between them?
