What's the point of the souls of aborted children?

I read that God creates the soul at the moment of conception. But what about children who are aborted? Why would God create a soul for a child if He knows the child is going to be aborted anyway? That probably sounds horrible, but it’s something that’s been bugging me.

Well why does God create any of us since we are all going to die eventually? God created all of us to ultimately be with Him in heaven regardless of how long or short our lives have been!
