My favorite movie is Gone With The Wind because I’m a big fan of classics and anything that has to do with history/wars and love, and my favorite series is Nip/Tuck and AHS(I like medical and horror stuff)…

God Bless You All 🙂 🙂

There are several movies I’ve liked over the years. But my two very favorite ones are “High Noon” and “Demolition Man”. “Demolition Man” was SO far ahead of it’s time, and now we really ARE using the three sea shells… lol. If you haven’t seen this movie, you HAVE to!

My favorite TV show… it’s gotta be the original Twilight Zone. I also like Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld , and Masterpiece Theatre.

Favorite movies? Casablanca is the greatest movie ever made (Original Star Wars is #2, before Lucas wrecked the prequels and Disney did no better with the sequels).

TV? Original Fugitive with David Janssen; original Twilight Zone; original Star Trek. Modern day: Love the “Cobra Kai.”

One commonality all of the dramas have (except Star Wars) is some moral ambiguity. Whether it’s Humphrey Bogart & Claude Rains; Lt. Gerard in the Fugitive; or Johnny Lawrence in Cobra Kai, all the foregoing have some degree of moral complexity to them. IMHO, that’s what makes them interesting. Heck, in the original Star Trek, the episode where Kirk is split into a good half and a bad one, is a great concept: As he comes to realize, the “total Kirk” needs a bit of ruthlessness, and the “good Kirk” is too much of a milquetoast to ever command a starship.

I mean, where do I start? It’s funny, its poignant, it’s deeply touching, it’s well written and acted. It’s close to perfect.

Twilight Zone deserves an Oscar!! One of the best tv series ever made (the original one)

The scene where the French sing down the Germans at the cafe is probably my favorite film scene ever.

When Laslow calls for the French anthem, the band looks to Bogey and he nods his approval. With just a nod, he’s thrown in with the enemies of the nazis. Great, great scene.

The Chosen. I’ve never enjoyed a series so much before (and it’s about Jesus! What’s not to love?)

My favorite movie of all time is undoubtedly “Weathering with You”. My profile pic is actually a screencap from it. It’s unfortunately out of theaters and won’t be releasing until the end of May, I think, but it’s absolutely worth a watch, both from a technical and storytelling point.

Favorite TV series is a toss-up between Bungo Stray Dogs and Person of Interest. Both have compelling (if not well developed) characters and interesting stories.

Downton Abbey, Poldark, Les Miserables. For movies, I think The Passion of the Christ was the best movie ever made. I watch it every year or two, and the scenes stay with me and aid my meditations during rosary and Mass.

Also liked many other movies, especially dance movies- Center Stage and Save the Last Dance. Seen those so many times, I know the lines.

Some of my favorite movies are Gone With the Wind (I still cry when C. Gable cries)

Gaslight
Double Indemnity
To Have and Have Not
Casablanca
Sorry Wrong Number
Rear Window
Dial M for Murder

Right now on Netflix I just finished the 3rd season of FAUDA. Really good.

I also watched a good presentation on WACO on Netflix.

My favorite television show of all time is Dark Shadows (the original series).

I currently watch The Masked Singer and love it–it has everything I love, including a sing-a-long last week! I love Nick Cannon (the host), and I love the celebrity panel, especially Dr. Ken. I love the music, and I’m not even a pop fan–but there are other genres done besides pop! I love the beautiful costumes, and the choreography and dancing (especially the Bananas this season!). I love the audience–those motions that they have for each competitor are so much fun! I have guessed only three of the current competitors, and I can’t wait to find out who the last 6 are! My husband and I really look forward to The Masked Singer every week. The audience for this show is quite diverse–there are several of us at work who love it, and all of us are completely different in our ages, life situations, and interests–but we love The Masked Singer.

I’m not a movie person. I have a hard time following the choppiness, the 120 scenes, etc. I only go the movies in a theater about once a year, and I’m that annoying person who keeps whispering, “Who is that guy again? Wait–I thought that character got killed! Didn’t they get killed during the robbery scene?”

But my favorite movie of all time is National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. I also love The Blues Brothers. And I love The African Queen.

It was Poirot until I grew up and realised how slow he is in crime investigation.
Now I like to watch Lidia’s kitchen and Love Your Garden With Alan Titchmarsh
I feel old.

Ambient of it is only I love now, it is so vintage. But that english with french accent is funny.
