Has anyone tried it? And if so, what do you think about it? I’m not sure how I feel about their daily suggestions.

Let me know if you think they are orthodox, orthodox but a little silly, heterodox, etc and why.

I try it.

Have failed miserably with some of the challenges though.

Once they told me to tie two fingers together with string and keep it that way for the whole day. But I had to remove it when my fingers started turning blue.
