When a Bishop wears a Dalmatic, does he still wear the Diaconal stole?

I saw this vid

at about 2:40 it looks like he’s wearing a diagonal stole on top of the dalmatic before he puts his priestly stole on, but I can’t see it clearly.

I do not see the diagonal stole. I do not think that they would wear both stoles.

A bishop only wears one stole. This applies even when he wears the dalmatic.
