When are rose-colored vestments worn?

When are rose-colored vestments worn? I know it is twice a year: once in Advent and once in Lent, but I don’t know exactly when.

Rose vestments are worn on Gaudete Sunday in Advent (i.e., the Third Sunday of Advent) and on Laetare Sunday in Lent (i.e., the Fourth Sunday of Lent). The instructions for liturgical colors are found in the General Instruction of the Roman Missal (2002), no. 346.
