There’s as much evidence of conclusive actual demonic possession as there are people who claim to use the force in the Jedi religion. There is plenty of evidence of people claiming to be possessed and claiming to have witnessed possession and administering their cultural practices on someone they think is being possessed. Anyone can do this. Doesn’t mean that person is actually possessed though. Plenty of videos of people having psychotic fits, babbling in tongues, etc. None of which is out of the possibility of anyone doing this. But there is, funnily, zero evidence of people defying the current understanding of reality like walking on the ceiling and levitation, except from illusionists and televangelists hucksters plying the skills of illusionists. Want to believe in magic and funnily you’ll interpret unknown events as proof of magic instead of actually investigating it.

It also seems ill-advised that the author of that piece compared lack of filmed evidence of exorcisms to the lack of filmed evidence of UFOs. Oops. 🤣

Personally I would never want to be present at or anywhere near an exorcism or even see a video of one.
