When can I join the Catholic Church?

My wife and I have studied the Catholic religion for the last year, have had many wonderful conversatons, and have attended a few RCIA classes and Sunday Mass. Is Easter the only time of the year for adults to be brought into the church? We are both baptized Presbyterian, but we both have a strong calling toward the Catholic Church.
