Are you currently in RCIA with the intention of being received into the Church? Have you been validly baptized in the past? Have you been instructed in confession so that you are suitably prepared to make a first confession? These are questions that need answers. I can only recommend discussing your situation with your pastor and asking him when you will be able to make your first confession.
