When did Acts 6:1 take place?

At that time, as the number of disciples continued to grow, the Hellenists complained against the Hebrews because their widows were being neglected in the daily distribution.

In another thread, we were discussing when the office of deacon was instituted. I speculated that by the time there was a formalized daily distribution, and the number of disciples had grown to such an extent that there were identifiable Hebrew and a Hellenist factions both claiming authentic, yet distinct, fidelity to the message of Christ, that probably two or three years had passed since the crucifixion. A quick reading of the earlier chapters of Acts doesn’t seem to give any firm indication.

Are there any further scriptural clues, or traditions, as to when Acts 6:1 may have been?

My Bible notes the crucifixion as occuring about A.D. 33. and chapters 1 thru 8 of Acts as occuring the same year, about A.D. 33.
