When do you kneel during the Angelus?

Hello everyone. I’m new to CAF, so I’m not entirely sure this is the right forum for my question. I apologize in advance if it’s not.

I’ve recently come back to the Church after going astray during high school and college. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, my understanding of the Catholic faith wasn’t well-developed and I find myself learning and experiencing a lot of things for the first time.

This past month, I’ve been to the noon daily mass a couple of times probably for the first time in my life.

I was lost during a prayer that happened around noon and had no idea what it was. (I’ve since learned it was probably the Angelus). Both times that I’ve been to mass, I noticed that people would do a quick one knee kneel during one part of the Angelus. Can someone tell me which part of the Angelus this happens at?
 
The Angelus

The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary:
And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of
our death. Amen.

Behold the handmaid of the Lord: Be it done unto me according to Thy word.

Hail Mary . . .

And the Word was made Flesh:
(all bow or genuflect as these words are spoken)
And dwelt among us. Hail Mary . . .

Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray:

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord.

Amen.
