I purged myself of emotions years ago. Emotions make you weak. It’s far better to be logical and cunning .

Pray. If you feel too emotionally hollow to pray, then concentrate on busying your mind, hands and heart on other things. It helps.

Do you have a pet?Or can you get one?

I had a pet, my first one, for only a few days because my mom gave it away. We couldn’t handle its messed. I’ve learned that external sources aren’t good for fulfillment, especially an animal that’ll die relatively soon

That’s a pity,the cats sense my moods and keep me company.Make me laugh and pat them,or just sit quietly with me.

That’s actually a great time - to ask God’s Holy Spirit to fill you up !
Don’t seek after outward distraction - but divine guidance from within -
and go / or do / what you feel your being lead to
