When is it considered lust

Hi I’m just a little confused on when something would be considered lust. If I see an attractive woman on Instagram but look for like 5 seconds and then close out is that lust? I always never know the difference of looking or lust

No one can give you a black and white rule. I’d sit down with a priest and ask him to help you understand where the line is and when it becomes sinful.
