When is the earliest known statement of the 7 corporal works of mercy as we have them?

Maybe the answer is so well known that no one discusses it but I’ve been trying to find out when the 7 corporal works of mercy were first put together in the list that we have now and I haven’t been able to find it. Does anyone know?
 
Today’s gospel reading had them pretty well listed out! Maybe not ‘bury the dead’ but I think all the rest were there!
 
I actually originally put “aside from Scripture” in the title but then I figured it was too long lol.
