I am curious to know when the last time a Pope celebrated the Traditional Latin Mass.

As the Pope, or the person in general? If it’s the latter, then I imagine it was Benedict XVI.

I’m assuming that by Traditional Latin Mass, you mean the Mass according to the missal promulgated in 1962, as allowed today as the extraordinary form.

In which case, the date that was last said was March 6, 1965, and the Pope was Paul VI. The following day, substantial changes to the Mass were inaugurated which probably means that, from that point on, the Mass would probably not strictly qualify as the “Traditional Latin Mass” anymore.

A lot of seddies and schismatics, though, do not recognize the 1962 missal as valid because it drops the word “perfidious” in reference to the Jews. They may have other ideas about who the last “real” pope was and when the last “real” TLM was said. None of which matters to a Catholic in full communion with Pope Francis, the Bishop of Rome, of course.
