Where are priests in the New Testament? Ephesians 4?

I am interested in the Apostolic Fathers - do any of them refer to the Eucharist as a sacrifice?

I did not see it in the Didache, or Ignatius letter to the Smyrnaeans?

“He took from among creation that which is bread, and gave thanks, saying, ‘This is my body.’ The cup likewise,… he confessed to be his blood. He taught the new sacrifice of the new covenant, of which Malachi… had signified beforehand: ‘… For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name is glorified among the Gentiles, and in every place incense is offered to my name, and a pure sacrifice; for great is my name among the Gentiles, says the Lord Almighty’ [Mal. 1:11].” (Irenaeus, Against Heresies 4:17:5 [A.D. 180])

And then of course there is that great passage in St. Paul’s letter to the Romans (chapter 15)
***[14] I myself am satisfied about you, my brethren, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able to instruct one another. [15] But on some points I have written to you very boldly by way of reminder, because of the grace given me by God [16] to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles in the priestly service of the gospel of God, so that the offering of the Gentiles may be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

Obviously St. Paul considered himself a priest.
