Where are the Apostles buried?

I just read an interesting article about a Cathedral in Chennai that avoided the floodwaters. It was attributed to a post that St. Thomas had put there. That’s interesting enough, but I had no idea Thomas made it over there. I started wondering where ALL the Apostles ended up…

Can anyone help me with this? I know where Peter and Paul are buried, but what about the rest? Thanks…

and bear in mind that the second referenced web site is a Greek Orthodox site when you read:

In the New Testament there are four lists of the Apostles, in Matt. 10:2-4; Mk. 3:16-19; Lk. 6:14-16 and in Acts 1:13. The arrangement of names in these lists are made in three steps, with changes occurring in each step. Peter appears first and Judas last. There is no primacy of Peter in the sense of jurisdiction or authority over his fellow Apostles. Such an authority Peter never received and never exercised.

When he professed his belief that Jesus is the Christ, the Lord promised that “Thou art Peter and on this rock will I build My Church”, meaning on the rock of faith in the Savior.

Those websites were simple enough.

They very briefly listed the countries where the Apostles preached, and briefly spoke of the way that they were martyred and where. It thought it may have been interesting to know those details. Sorry if it was an information overload.

My prefatory statement was meant to avoid this “polemical” statement in the link you cited:

Peter is the founder of the Church in Antioch. He probably went to Rome and was crucified head downward during the reign of Nero (54-68).

I thought the initiator of this thread merely wanted the **current ** physical location of the Apostles’ relics, of which I am also keenly interested.
