At the beginning of November, I always tend to spend a good bit of time learning about Saints and their lives. There is one group that seems a bit underrepresented though. I was wondering if anyone could give me some names about some married men with kids who have been canonized. Specifically, I am looking for men who are examples for our more modern world (having lived since 1800 or so). Thanks for any responses.

Hey that’s a good one? I do know that St Therese the little flower has both her parents inline to consideration and what a life they lived. But …sorry I don’t know of any
I’m interested though hope ou get some.👍

Apart from that - what about the greatest and most honoured father among the saints - St Joseph himself, foster-father of Christ? That would’ve been quite a task! Couldn’t ask for a better rolemodel :yup:

Another really good one is St Thomas More, who was also a fosterfather as well as having several children of his own.
