How do I find the sermons of St. Fulgentius of Ruspe? I keep on seeing people cite his quotes like this but they don’t link it:
  1. Sermon 5.5-6 (CCL 91A:922-923)
  2. (Sermo 3, 1-3, 5-6: CCL 91A, 905-909)
Where do I find his sermons?

Well, the “Sermon 5.5-6” is simple enough, it’s stating it’s Chapters 5-6 of Sermon 5. The harder nut to crack is the whole “CCL 91A:922-923” thing. After some research, I finally figured out that it stood for “Corpus Christianorum Series Latina”.

If you want to get an actual copy of 91A, this seems to be where you’d buy it:

…but that’s over $100. I think these are meant to be really high-quality printings so that colleges and places like that can have a copy without worrying about it falling apart, but not something for a regular person. The good news is that it’s available for free on archive.org:
Corpus Christianorum. Series Latina : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive

The sermons start on page 889. You do have to check it out to be able to read it, though, and thus only have it for a limited time.

If you want to see the sermons without needing to digitally check things out, it’s also available in Migne’s Patrologia Series Latina here:
https://archive.org/details/patrologiaecurs153unkngoog/page/n365/mode/2up
(I linked directly to the page where they start)

Of course, you may have noticed that all of these are in the original Latin. If you’re looking for an English translation… you may be out of luck. The Fathers of the Church series does have translations of some of his writings:

https://www.hfsbooks.com/books/selected-works-fulgentius-eno/

However, from what I can tell, the sermons are not included in these.

Insofar as I can tell, I don’t think St Fulgentius’ sermons have ever been translated into English.

@Alainval, if you’d like, I can translate his sermons: St Fulgentius’ works have been in my ‘to read’ pile for a very long time. There’s only eight sermons (with two spuria that were probably written by someone else but attributed to St Fulgentius), and they’re not too long. I can probably make an acceptable translation every two or three days in my free time.
