Is there an organization that might send me exorcised salt and water free, or at a very low price?

Sacramental may not be sold, so, they are always free. Simply go to your parish and ask for some.

You may find that your parish may tend to name the items, ‘blessed salt’ and ‘holy water’… just to avoid any possible confusion.

just get salt and water, find the 1962 Missal prayers, and have your parish priest say them.

Every parish I have ever been in has a “holy water font” of some sort (not the little dippy bowls by the door, but, a larger container/dispenser) and people just bring in a container and fill it up.
For Blessed Salt, it would be easy to buy a box of salt and take it to Mass next Sunday. After Mass ask Father to bless it for you. Or, call the office and ask if they have some on hand (I keep a box in my desk in the parish office, have had exactly one person come in and ask for some over many years).

That’s what I do. I have my 1962 missal in one hand. I have the Exorcised Salt prayer bookmarked. I bring two or three cans of salt, so that I only have to ask once in a very long time. I try catching the priest after a weekday/weeknight Mass, so I know he’s not in a rush, and I say, “Father, would you please bless my salt with this prayer here?”
He looks at me kind of weird. He looks at the book kind of weird. He looks at the cover, and flips through it a little. He reassures himself it’s legitimate. He does the blessing. And I thank him, and he forgets all about it.
