There has NEVER EVER been a nation called Palestine or a people called Palestinian. From the destruction of the State of Israel until its re-establishment there has not been self rule in the Holy Land. Up until the time of the partition by the British the Holy Land was part of the Ottoman Empire and then part of Greater Syria…always with a Jewish and Arab population.

Again, you need to study the History a bit more. As the Zionist movement began to move more Jews into the Holy Land they PAID MONEY for the land they moved onto and developed. Arabs also moved in…there was duel immigration going on. In 1947 a partition plan was offered by the UN, a plan HIGHLY FAVORABLE to the Arabs…they rejected it out of hand, the Jews accepted it. In May 1948 the Arab League launched an attack on the soverign nation of Israel…and got their tooshies kicked.
The Arabs occupied the West Bank and Gaza, but never moved to create a Palestinian state…because there were no such thing as Palestinians. There were Arabs who had a chance to form a nation called Palestine in 1948 and who, instead, choose war.

The “refugee” camps in the West Bank are cities…the refugee camps in Arab nations are just that, CAMPS. It’s useful for the Arabs to keep the “palestinians” living in camps rather than permenant settlements.

If they had their land back to work and live off of, they wouldn’t “have to” be taken care of. Of course their better of living in a refugee camp when compared to being exterminated.

It’s not “their” land. Those Arabs who remained on their land are, for the most part, still there and the Arab Israeli population is over 1 million, and they have a very high standard of living. There are tons of Human Rights Violations by nuetral organizations against Israel. I’ve posted pictures of a 12 year old Palestinian boy who with his father was unarmed, crouching against a wall with no cover and was shot to death “intentionally”.

I was going to post all the pictures of Israelis pointing guns to children’s heads plus the pictures of the children who were actually shot in the head with their brains splattered out, but that would’ve gotten me banned probably.

The British Mandate, when it was created, included Jews and Muslims alike…but the Arabs did not have a government and were not a people called Palestinians (which was a term applied to ALL born in that region be they Jew, Arab or English).
The majority of the Arabs who were “forced of their land” in 1948 were forced off by FELLOW ARABS…you really do need to study the history a bit more closely…the Arab armies that invaded Israel coerced Hundreds of Thousands of Arabs to leave their homes. There was some forced resettlement of Arabs by Israeli forces…but not as many as by Arab forces…and again, you completely ignore the plain fact that exactly as many Jews were dispossessed by Arabs in Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and Syria as there were Arabs displaced. By the way there were well less than a million Arabs in the area at the time so your 3 million figure is ridiculous.

Actually Israel existed before Palestine. Did not God give the Land to the Jewish people? I do not recall any thing in history that since the Babylonian exile that they have ever been exiled again. under occupation yes but never removed from it.
