Where do the souls of miscarried and aborted babies go?

Can you please let me know where the souls of miscarried and/or aborted babies go? And if there is actually a difference between the two, since a miscarried baby is a baby that, for some reason, did not survive, and an aborted baby would most likely have survived and been born? What happens to the souls of mothers that actually abort their children?
