Where is Judas' soul?

During this Lent, sI have Been thinking not only of Our Lord’s Passion, but of the man who brought the Passion to fruition. If this was part of the Divine Plan, does that mean he went to hell for csetting up Jesus? I feel the need to pray for him and I don’t know why. Can you give me some insight?
