Where is the Septuagint quoted in the New Testament?

I read in a booklet called, Scripture Alone by Joel Peters, that the New Testament quotes the Old Testament about 350 times, and 300 of those times the quotation is taken from the Septuagint. How can I prove this to my friend?

It is not always clear exactly which version of the Old Testament Scriptures the New Testament authors quoted from. But the Septuagint version of the Old Testament – believed to have been used by Jesus and the Apostles, and most certainly by Church Fathers – contains the deuterocanonical writings believed by Catholics to be inspired but which are not found in most non-Catholic versions of the Bible. In his article, Deuterocanonical References in the New Testament, Jimmy Akin provides a lengthy list of potential New Testament references to the deuterocanonicals.
