What does the Catholic Church teach about our soul before conception? Where is it?
 
Hi,

The human soul doesn’t exist before conception. God creates it at the moment of conception. It gives life to the body. Later, when the soul leaves the body, the body dies. At the Final Judgment, the body will be re-united with the soul.
