Well I can’t say for certain that it is not eastern, but it most definitely does not look eastern to me. It is my understanding that in traditional eastern iconography, it is not permissible to depict God the Father.
Actually, when the Father and the Holy Spirit are depicted as persons, they look just like Christ.
I’ve only seen a couple with the Father but without Christ, and those are of a figure depicted just like Christ, but without the stigmata, and with gray hair and beard instead of brown, sometimes with a crown, and they are fairly modern.
I’ve seen a rare few of the trinity with the Father being graybearded, the Holy Spirit bearless, and Christ beareded but not gray, but the three otherwise identical in appearance.

**The OP’s isn’t eastern in style because the style is naturalistic. **Eastern Iconography is highly stylized (tho there are several different families of stylization).
Noting it’s from a Russian Cathedral, it still is western in style; Russia has always been prone to ideosyncratic syncretisms, this is yet another example.
