Where to request Free Medal?

Does anyone know where to request a free miraculous medal or any prayers or relic or saint medal?

If you are in the United States, it looks like you can request a free miraculous medal online from the Association of the Miraculous Medal or call them at the 1-800 telephone number listed on their homepage.

It depends… Is there some specific saint or relic you want?

I think you can find these items at your local parish. My church offers enrollment in the brown scapular every First Saturday, and the Legion of Mary has Miraculous Medals in the narthex on the same First Saturdays. Your church probably does something similar.

You can get relic of st. Mother Theresa, 2nd or 3rd class, by writing a letter or an email to Missionaries of Charity.
