Which candidates can a Catholic vote for?

Years ago, Mom told me, “To vote for a [Pro-choice] candidate is a mortal sin.” Consequently, since I registered to vote 33 years ago, I have always voted Republican, despite the fact that I disagree with basically every other plank in the party’s platform. With Clinton and Trump appearing fairly clearly to be our only real choices for President in November, I honestly feel I would be committing a much graver sin by voting for the latter!
Please advise. Thanks.
