Did you test drive both of them?
No one here can tell you what is best for you.
There are many factors to take into account.
Have you done your homework on necessary maintenance, cost to buy considering your own budget, compare warranties, gas mileage etc for example?

Design and styling are subjective so let’s not comment on it. Both cars are very good looking in their own way.

Talking about the mechanicals, the petrol engine of Baleno has a slight advantage over the Jazz’s petrol engine in terms of performance, thanks to its lighter kerb weight. While the 1.5 liter iDTEC diesel engine of Jazz is more powerful than the Baleno’s 1.3 liter DDiS engine and it is also more refined and torquier. There is an excellent amount of torque in Jazz diesel right from the low end and it potters around city without much effort. Both cars have excellent handling and high speed stability but Jazz has an edge over Baleno due to its well weighted steering.

Talking about the fuel efficiency, there is hardly any difference in the mileage of diesel models of both the cars while the petrol model of Baleno delivers better mileage of 21.4 kmpl compared to Jazz’s 18.7 kmpl.

Both cars have good space inside the cabin. The dashboard layout of Jazz looks comparatively more premium. Both cars feature nearly identical boot spaces - 339-litres (Baleno) vs 354-litres (Jazz). In spite of being cheaper, Maruti Suzuki Baleno has just as many features as the Honda Jazz.

Looks to me like the same thing because the second one elaborates and has more info added at the end of some sentences…
