I was listening to classical singers like Cecilia Bartoli, Sara Macliver, Julia Lezhneva, and wondered in the world of music, are there any singers who are Catholic/Christian and devout?

Wow.
I have total respect for you. For the life of me, even though I am a pianist and I’m the chair of a Classical Music Competition in my state, I cannot name even one “classical singer” other than Renee Fleming, who is actually an opera singer. I wouldn’t even recognize their names if I saw them in a line-up alongside the pop and country singers’ names.
Wow.
And to answer your question, I’m guessing that many of the classical singers are practicing homosexuals. So many people in the entertainment industry are. Sorry. Whether that allows them to remain “devout” is your call. I don’t think people who practice homosexual sex can be called “devout,” but others disagree with me.

I remember Andrea Bocelli refused to sing at Tom Cruise’s wedding in Italy, supposedly because of TC’s Scientology beliefs.

i don’t like this thread very much, especially the assumption concerning “classical singers” and homosexuality. I can assure you that there are many devout Christian Classical singers, including Catholics. I have worked as a recognized opera/artist for nearly three decades and am Catholic. We Christian vocal artists gather great support from our brothers and sisters in faith–just like in any profession. We also hope to be lights to our colleagues who do not follow Christ and to young singers who are striving to succeed as singers.
