Which religious order is this?

Would anyone know the name of a religious order that has an off-white cassock, and a brown scapular, shaped exactly like that of the monks at the Abbey, with a crusader-like cross in the front and an image of Our Lady at their breast? I saw two men with these habits at Daily Mass at my parish today, and curiosity sparked. Thanks for any responses!

Hmmm could it be that order that is kind of a music based community. I’m forgetting the name.
