I have a bad temper. I go all out if I’m fixed on something I love.

I like the Carmelites most out of them, the Franciscans, and the Dominicans because I love the deep spirituality and prayer of Sts. Teresa and John.

I do like helping people in need. I wonder if I can do that and be a Secular Discalced Carmelite.

(Mods, this isn’t intended as seeking mental health help 🙂 ) I am not sure third orders accept those with serious mental illnesses.

I want to make my life about Jesus, Mary, and the Church. I thought a way to do that would be a third order.

Any thoughts?

I am in a third order and our founder was said to have had a bad temper by those who knew him. It is a flaw he must have worked on his entire life I think. It got him into a bit of trouble with his superiors but also gave him the courage to speak up.
Apart from that I am not sure which order would suit you. What are you attracted to, prayer, charity work, public service?

St Jerome was well known for struggling with a bad temper, and St Nicholas (best known as Samta Claus) reputedly got angry at the heretic Arius.during a church council and punched him! That’s a Santa story we never hear round the Chrstmas tree! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Entering a third order isn’t about suiting your temperament. It’s about being drawn to the spirituality and charism of the order. And the three you listed are very different.
