Who answers these questions?

When a question is posted in a forum, who answers that question? Can anyone answer or is the answer provided by someone such as a priest? If anyone can answer, can I assume that the answer is consistent with the Church’s teaching?
 
In the Ask an Apologist forum, the questions are answered by Catholic Answers’ staff apologists, one of whom is a Dominican priest.

In the other forums on the Catholic Answers Forums, the threads are open to all members of the Catholic Answers Forums for their participation. In those forums, members should be aware that the answers given are solely those of the individual participants and do not necessarily reflect the position of Catholic Answers.
