Hello, I am a 73 yr.old Catholic female. I am a retired nurse, graduated from Our Lady of Fatima Hospital School of Nursing in North Providence, Rhode Island in 1961. Recently I have been working with elderly citizens in their homes. We have been disscussing the Saints and Angels. Most of the clients are of the Protestant faith. The subject this week has been the Archangels, who they are and what their “special” responsibilities are. Raphael is the one that the folks are not familiar with and their “argument” is that there are only 2 Archangels: Michael and Gabriel. Even “Catholic” friends of one gentleman said, there is no such Archangel Raphael, and only the 1 not the 7 as I have learned. I know that Raphael is patron of healers. Michael is the patron of cops, soldiers and firefighters. I need help to prove to this gentleman, that in our faith this is true . Could someone five me some areas in our catechism or Bible to demonstrate facts. Thank You. Sincerly, A Catholic Nurse from Florida…:
