My mom is on my case she wants me to find on google some war where I think it was turkey or some Muslims tried to invade Rome but the Christians came and won the war idk if this even actually happened i cant find anything on google

There was the sacking of Rome in 1527. The Pope managed to escape but ultimately surrendered and paid a ransom.

Even worse, Napoleon also kidnapped the Pope.
