Who is a moral agent?

All humans are infused with Natural Law by God thus making them Moral Agents. Natural Law, simply put, tells us to do good and avoid evil. Adam and Eve were well aware of Natural Law and chose to disobey God and thus choose evil by eating from the tree of knowledge.
