I’m not sure what forums this goes under.

I live and work in Seoul, Korea and have been here for years. I’m originally from the Archdiocese of Denver and was confirmed by the Archbishop of Denver.

Do I fall under Samuel Aquila or Cardinal Yum Soo-jung of Seoul?

Your bishop is based on where you live. If you’re somewhere for a 1 month business trip, that wouldn’t change your diocese, but if you’re living and working in Seoul all the time, there’s your diocese. That also means, for example, that you are bound by the Holy Days of Obligation there and not the ones back in Denver.

As carefullytread says, since you live in Seoul that is your domicile diocese and therefore Cardinal Yeom Soo-jung would be your bishop. Your sacramental records will always be maintained in the Archdiocese of Denver (assuming that’s where you were baptized), but you bishop is always where your permanent residence is.

Your bishop is the one where you currently live.

A possible exception here (which you did not mention) would be if you’re in the US military, either as a member or a civilian employee or a dependent. In that case, the military Archdiocese would apply.

“YOUR” Bishop is the Bishop who is charged to govern the territory in which you are a Permanent resident; and will remain so until either that Bishop retires, is moved or you move to a new “permanent” location.

God Bless you

Patrick
