In the Catholic Communion, the Patriarch of Alexandria takes precedence after the Pope of Rome (as we don’t have a Patriarch of Constantinople, we’ve returned to the more ancient order of precedence by default )…so for that reason, I know the Coptic Catholic Patriarch led the Eastern incensing of Bl. John Paul’s body… I can’t open the video at the moment, but I assume that’s who it is.
