Louise Jefferson! Really, she raised a great son and her husband was a handful to say the least.

I would love to say Marge Simpson, but she does enable her husband to be a negligent drunk, and around the kids at that.

Lois from Malcolm in the Middle was tough and very loyal.

Sophia Patrillo from the Golden Girls was loving and protective, if not a little abrasive.
 
Two characters who were surrogate moms: Edna Garrett (Diff’rent Strokes and The Facts of Life) and Bernice Fish (Fish).

Grover’s Mom from Sesame Street.
 
Morticia Addams. I am not joking.

Second would be Claire Huxtable.
 
Brenda from Everybody Loves Raymond…she has to put up with his whole family…lol
 
The Mom from Caillou.

She never ever loses patience with Caillou (except perhaps the time he made Rosie cry) no matter how whiny he gets.

I vote for Olivia Walton. Although I like June Cleaver, she was too much of a non-person for me (meaning she let her husband always make decisions and handle things instead of taking care of things herself).
