Who may attend Anglican Use liturgies?

May “cradle Catholics” attend an Anglican Use liturgy, or is attendence limited to those who have converted from Anglicanism to Catholicism?
 
Hi,

Those liturgies as valid Catholic liturgies and any Catholic is free to attend.
