Who stated that Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit?

Good Day,
I am not a disbeliever in any way and merely desire to understand what I meditate upon with more clarity. Luke 1:41 states that when the infant lept (John the Babtist) in the wonmb of Elizabeth, she was filled with the Holy Spirit. Who is telling us that Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit and how did they know?
I hope I’ve been clear and thanks very much. I could not find the answer to that.
